editHello Udehb, thanks for submitting a new Rapid Grant application to organize another Wikidata for all event. We have reviewed your request and have the following questions and comments:
- Do you have or plan to prepare a list of Wikidata items for the participants to create or edit?
- Could you please share the schedule of your online events. Specifically, on what topics will you be organizing the trainings?
- Are you planning anything different compared to the previous Wikidata for all project?
- Why don’t you request this grant on behalf of the Igbo Wikimedians User Group?
Budget:
- Why do you request internet costs for 3 months? Please reduce this cost, covering the internet costs for the mentors and admin during the online events only.
- Why do you need graphic design expenses? Could you please provide a detailed explanation?
- In the Impact section, you have mentioned that you would expect 10+ participants per event. However you have only budgeted Internet costs for five participants. Could you please explain why?

Hi DSaroyan (WMF), thanks for the questions and comments. the following are my response to your questions and comments:

Yes i do. The plan is to add/edit contents of at least 100 universities in Nigeria. and this list of universities will be gotten from 4icu.org.
- Could you please share the schedule of your online events. Specifically, on what topics will you be organizing the trainings?

- Are you planning anything different compared to the previous Wikidata for all project?
Yes! one of the challenges we faced in the first project was that the training time wasn't enough especially on how to query wikidata using spaql. so in this proposed project, we plan on increasing the training time for all the technical parts of the training(i.e: How to query wikidata and also how to add/edit items using toolkit), that way, we believe it will make it easier for participants to fully grasp the various topics.
- Why don’t you request this grant on behalf of the Igbo Wikimedians User Group?

This is for the graphics designer designing the flyers for the various events.
- In the Impact section, you have mentioned that you would expect 10+ participants per event. However you have only budgeted Internet costs for five participants. Could you please explain why?
This happened to be one of the strategies we sort of developed during the first project. We couldnt provide internet subsidy for all the participants at the time so we opt for the first 5 participants to join each live session and that worked out brilliantly for us. And for this project, we just employed same strategy but I have upped it to take care of 10 participants per event.

I don't know if flyer is the right word for it but the flyer i mean are soft-copies that will be pasted in the various platforms(Facebook,Whatsapp,twitter,etc) during the awareness campaign for the project.
