editHi GoEThe, thanks for your submitting this grant request and apologies for a late review. I have reviewed the proposal and have to requests:
- We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wiki(s)? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.
- Please reduce the prize budget to 1,000 EUR. We acknowledge that we have approved a higher budget in the past but this year we don't have the same budget to support the campaign prizes.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 07:08, 28 April 2021 (UTC)
- Hi DSaroyan (WMF). Thanks for your comments. I have reduced the prize budget according to your instructions. I have also allocated the released amount (400€) to the photo exhibit we are planning together with the University of Porto. We had discussed last year to have a separate grant proposal for this event, but perhaps we can use these 400€ for that. Let me know if this is doable or if we should just remove that item from the budget. GoEThe (talk) 11:18, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
- I have now also included links to on-wiki announcements on this project [1]. GoEThe (talk) 11:30, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
- Hi GoEThe, thank you for your response and adjustments. I can see that you have added expenses to run an outdoor exhibition. Since this is an in-person gathering, we kindly request to complete the Risk Assessment Tool document and update question #6. Additionally, could you please provide a more detailed breakdown for the Photo exhibition expense? What will this expense cover? Thank you, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 14:14, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
- I will talk on Friday with the University people, and will try to have a more detailed budget about the exhibition then. GoEThe (talk) 13:03, 4 May 2021 (UTC)
- Hi GoEThe, thanks! Please also revisit question #6. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 08:21, 5 May 2021 (UTC)
- Yes, of course. I have started the document but need to check some of the things with them as well. GoEThe (talk) 08:59, 5 May 2021 (UTC)
