• Number of people reached at social media - perhaps sharing baseline engagement for a regular post vis-a-vis the 1-2 posts that features the event with the number of people reached?

• Number of media reports - sample of 2-3 key media reports (with URLs) providing coverage of your event.

Approval for remaining Funds (€379.58) to be used for mission-aligned activities

Hello Wikimedia Portugal,

For the remaining funds (€379.58), we have no objections to your proposal to use it for localized promotional and merchandise WLE material like stickers, posters, post cards or shirts. To close the loop on this and facilitate transparency on use of remaining funds, could you provide a confirmation on quantity and merchandise it was spent on, when ready. If you have a link to the sample promotional or merchandise, please also feel free to share it as well by responding to this thread. Thank you.

Hi Janice, we already spent the remaining founds. We've used it in 1.000 stikers, 1.000 postcards ( 2 versions, 500 each), 2 WLE rollups and 14 shirts. Alchimista (talk) 13:44, 5 February 2025 (UTC)
