Hi Icem4k, thank you for submitting your grant application. After reviewing your grant proposal, we have some questions to learn more about the project and planned activities.

• Do you have an active Wikimedia community in Zambia? How do you usually communicate with your community members?
• Have you discussed this project with any community members in advance?
• Given the project scope, we request that you reduce the Communication outreaches and Graphical designs (Posters & flyers) items by half.
• We also request that you reduce the prizes to 5200 ZMW (~300 USD).

Hi DSaroyan (WMF) thanks for the response and questions and here is my reply.

Q1 - Yes with a membership of 10 people. Its a small number but hoping theses events will encourage other people to come join the movement.

Q2 - Yes I did discuss with the team members for those that want to take part and those that help ensure that this works out.

Q3 - Okay, The cost on social media ads can be reduced to K1500 but Online/News publication is standard by the media companies in Zambia we couldn't reach to terms for it to be reduced. For posters and flyers the company told us they was can make them at K2500.

Q4 - Okay we will reduce that to K5200 as advised meaning first prize will be 1st prize will be K2000, the 2nd prize will be K1500, 3rd Prize will be 1000 and the fourth Prize 700
