Questions on proposal

Hello Jadnapac, thank you for submitting this proposal. We have a few questions before we move forward with a decision. 1.What are your design plans for the banner? We prefer to fund banners when they are designed in such a way that groups can reuse them at future events.

• Hello WJifar (WMF), We are intending to have a burner since its a new projects to be done in Tanzania hence is one of the way to raise awareness and branding.The banner can be reused every year by altering the specific theme of each year.Jadnapac (talk) 18:07, 29 November 2019 (UTC)

2.We consider t-shirts a high-cost, low-impact item and therefore ask that you either remove them from your budget or reduce their number to 5 only. If you decide to keep them in your budget please also include in your application the criteria you will use to decide how to award them, since they are listed as prizes.

• In order to get good quality content we thought t-shirts may be used both as a way of branding and event as well to motivate the contributors.
