Hello Sandiooses and thank you for this report. Before we can accept it, we'll need you to please fill out the "Learning" section and tell us what you learned from organizing this event. This is one of the most interesting and important section as it helps other people in the community to use what was learned in an event and adapt it to their own projects. Thank you for your help on this! Delphine (WMF) (talk) 13:32, 8 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello Delphine (WMF), I have added some more words. Sandiooses (talk) 20:40, 8 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Thank you Sandiooses for your prompt response. I have now reviewed your report and hereby approve it. I need to check to see if receipts have been checked (I know they have been received) for your grant to be closed. I am not sure if we should be glad or sad to see that you have had too many responses to hold the 5 editathons, but I guess it shows that your strategy of advertising them worked well, so that's a plus. I understand your frustration regarding the user names on one wifi connection. There are various reasons why this is not possible and we have not found really good solutions to this so far. However, if you want to be able to track all the edits made during an editathon, you might want to look at this blog post about hashtags. It gives a workaround, but may be a good thing to teach people how to use the edit summary and also help track edits not made under a name you can monitor. Hope this helps. Thank you for your engagement! Best, Delphine (WMF) (talk) 15:24, 9 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

And I forgot about the remaining funds. I do not see any rapid grant draft about an editathon for Art+Feminism by you, can you point me to it if it exists? If indeed you go through with a new request we can repurpose the funds towards a new event, if you make a clear ask about it. If you have no other grant by 15 March 2017, we will ask you to return the remaining funds. Delphine (WMF) (talk) 15:30, 9 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for reviewing. I will finish the grant page for Art+Feminism by tomorrow. If you want to engage on the performance of the newly recruited editors, you can check them out here. The dashboard is no longer tracking the edits because the project is over. However it can show what they have done so far. Thank you Delphine (WMF). Sandiooses (talk) 14:28, 13 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
