editHello Olaniyan Olushola, thanks for submitting this Rapid Fund proposal. We have reviewed it and we have a few questions and comments:
- Who will be the event participants and target audience?
- Community members of Wikimedia User Group.
- How do you plan to follow up with the participants after the event?
- Aside from the usual Whatsapp group, there is a mentoring arrangement for any participants who might need our help for the project.
- Is 25 the number of all participants or number of participants in one event? Could you please specify this on the application page?
- 25 participoants are expected for the two days event.
- Please remove camera costs and use a smartphone to take photos from the events since this is not a project that needs an expensive camera. If there are no smartphone cameras, you are free to leave this expense.
Done
- Please confirm that the communication materials will be reusable in the future.
- Only the roll-up banner-95USD will be re-used for similar project in future while graphic designs, promotion will be one-off
Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 10:06, 3 November 2021 (UTC)
