Hello Yogabrarian thank you for submitting this proposal. It is great to see that you are organizing an edit-a-thon at the University of the Pacific Libraries! I have reviewed your proposal and have a few questions.

• What are the marketing expenses intended for?
• In the proposal you have mentioned that you would have at least four experienced editors providing support. Would please include their Wikimedia usernames in the proposal page?
• Have you organized similar edit-a-thons in the past?

Hi DSaroyn, thanks for your questions. Below is our response.

• The marketing expenses will be used to print 10 posters and 90 postcards.
• I added the usernames to the proposal page under Activities - Question 3. Let me know if there's another place you'd like me to add them.
• We organized a very successful editathon on October 11, 2019. There were a total of 48 editors who together made 998 edits, adding 10,400 words. Our goal is to organize an editathon each Fall and Spring semester.
