Hello Agbalagba, thank you for submitting this Rapid Grant proposal. We are please to see Kisangani community celebrating 20th Wikipedia anniversary. We have reviewed your proposal and have the following follow up questions and comments:

1. The budget proposed in the proposal is above the limit of the Rapid Grants program, which is budgeted for projects from $500-$2000. Kindly propose the new budget under $2000 limit and update it in proposal under resources section and in the probox.
2. Please update the on-wiki or mailing list announcement link used to notify the community members on the proposal.
3. As per the guidelines for conducting in-person events, you will need to complete the steps outlined on the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool on the proposal page.
4. Internet costs is quite high (5000 GHS~850 USD). Usage needs to be limited to the event itself. Please reduce the cost of internet, covering the event expense only.

Thank you for providing feedback on this grant request.

1. The budget proposed in the proposal is 2000 USD and that is within the limit of the rapid grants program ($500-$2000)
2. The mailing list announcement link used to notify the community members of the proposal has been linked to the grant request page
3. We have provided a link to the completed Risk Assessment Protocol Tool on the grant request page as requested as recommended
4. The internet cost is 53 USD and not 850 USD.
