Request funded
edit@Flixtey: Thank you for your submission! The committee approves your request for WMF merchandise to be distributed at Software Freedom Day, provided your agreement to the following:
- As you may remember, shipping to your area is quite expensive. So, we would like to send you more items than what you've requested, in order to have a better balance between the costs of shipping and items sent. The extra merchandise can be distributed at future events.
- To help with accountability for the merchandise sent, we request for you to keep a log (similar format to your existing Wikimedia Ghana Logbook). Please add a link to the merchandise logbook on the grant report that you will be submitting after the Software Freedom Day event. The log would be updated as needed until all items have been distributed; it would include the item description, # received from WMF, and how each quantity was distributed (ex. color bar t-shirt, 5 received, 2 distributed at event name). For things like pins or pens just note the event name, no need to log how many were distributed per event (ex. globe pins, 1 pack received, distributed at [list of events]).
