They were also asked as to what track they are willing to pursue, either as a steward for a Wikimedia project, a campaign organizer, or both. They have also brainstormed about possible projects that could be run in the local community.

July 18, 2023 - Campaign Organizing Training Session
editThe User Group aims to develop not only wikiproject editors who are knowledgeable of every scope of a wikiproject, but also skills for doing outreach activities in the community. This session has included a brief background on how to gather prospective volunteers, motivate them into engaging in training programs, and maintain the sustainability of their interest in the project.
July 17, 2023 - Wiktionary and Wikiquote Training Session
editOne aim of this training program is to develop editors who will soon maintain local wiki projects. They will be tasked with applying as administrators once they are eligible and exhibit the skills of stewards. Included in this session are proofreading entries, checking for common errors in syntax and grammar, and using basic editing tools.
July 14, 2023 - Let's Connect Participation
editDuring this session, volunteers have participated on a learning clinic about the Universal Code of Conduct and Friendly Space Policy.
July 8 2023 - Policy Making and Internal Procedures Training Session
editAs an affiliate, we are composed of board members and officers who facilitate the internal procedures within our organization, including elections, grievance committees, reporting of projects, record-keeping of funds, and other technical tasks required. This training session is incorporated into our second monthly meeting in order for other volunteers, even those who don't have designations, to know the entirety of the organization. Our applications for user group status and for the General Community Fund were also discussed. We have devoted a large portion of our time to creating the internal policies of the organization.
