Based on the decision made regarding the structure of the user group, the activities of this user group for the next six months will be based on the following programs. It is clear that each member can propose new programs and pursue activities other than those mentioned here.
What is listed here includes only the programs that have assigned organizers and specified dates. Other programs were also proposed during the meeting, which are still in their early stages and will be added to the group’s calendar once a date and organizer are determined.
Wiki Loves Monuments

- This photography event will be held in October and organized by Arian, Arpourabedin, and Darafsh.
Wikipedia Asian Month

- This article-writing event will be held in November and organized by Persia, WASP-Outis, and Darafsh.
Women in Red

- This article-writing event will be held in March and organized by Persia.
Persian Wikipedia Birthday Celebration
editThis event will be held in January in Tehran and organized by Arian and Persia.
Wikipedia Breathes

- This event will be held in March in coordination with Tree-Planting Day in Iran and organized by WASP-Outis.
Joint Events
editDiscussions were also held with other organizations to organize a joint article-writing contest, which is still in its initial stages. However, agreements have been reached with the following communities to hold these events, and the dates will be finalized in the coming weeks:

- Wikimedia Italy
- Russian Wikipedia
Collaborative Efforts with Arabic Wikipedia
editDue to geographical and cultural proximity with Arabic Wikipedia, one of the Arabic Wikipedia members was invited to this meeting to discuss common challenges, solutions, and joint programs between Wikimedia Iran and Arabic Wikipedia. Elph was the representative of Arabic Wikipedia in this meeting, and the results can be seen here: ويكيبيديا:تقرير حول المشاركة في مؤتمر Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2024.
