Deliberations
edit1. Karavali Wikimedians Annual Report
editThe Karavali Wikimedians Annual Report was showcased. Members were requested to review the report and provide updates if necessary.
2. MOU Association Update
editAssociations collaborating under an MOU with Karavali Wikimedians must:
- Attend at least 3-4 regular meetings of the user group annually.
- Conduct a minimum of 2-3 activities in collaboration with Karavali Wikimedians under the Usrer group’s banner.
- Ensure the student association’s page is updated regularly.
- Failure to comply will result in automatic termination of the MOU without prior notice.
- A general email will be sent to student associations, giving them one month to submit reports of activities conducted under the Karavali Wikimedians banner. Non-compliance will lead to termination of the MOU.
- Concerns were raised that some colleges and lecturers are misusing the MOU for NAAC rankings without contributing to the user group’s objectives. Strict implementation of these guidelines will be ensured, and updates will be reviewed in the May meeting.
