Kashmiri Wikimedians User Group/Events/Needs Assessment Brainstorming

On the 2nd of June, 2024, we conducted an online meetup for a Needs Assessment Brainstorming in order to sustain our future and formulate a strategic program that could help us understand our needs around our structural development and challenges that Kashmiri language faces in the digital spectra.

Learnings and takeaways

The meetup resulted in a unanimous decision for initiating an MSIG (movement strategy) research project to be led by a team of our researchers comprising ThePoeticFrame, Mazarposh and Baad-e-Sabaa. The researchers would prepare a rough proposal by the 10th of June, 2024.
