    Yep, definitely a conlang. For some reason, some people in Devon feel neglected because Cornwall gets a language of its own and they don't, so they made this one up.

    Michael, may you confirm that the most of Taiwan population know both scripts? If so, then it may go to the same project.

    Maybe it has sense to have Wikibooks, Wikisource or so for macrolanguages in areas without good Internet access.

    Which script they are willing to use? If Han, it may be reasonably considered as Cantonese; which means that they shouldn't get project even they have ISO-639-3 code.

    I just said that even they have a code, if it is written in Han, they shouldn't get a project because of similarity with Cantonese.
