What problem does this solve?
editWikipedia face the problem of having to improve the number of women editors . Currently only between 8-10% are women editors in Wikipedia and in terms of content, the encyclopedia has a clear gender bias . Mainstreaming the gender perspective in our programs, from their implementation to the evaluation, it's necessary to generate more inclusive spaces for women in the Wikimedia projects.
What is the solution?
editTo find out whether our programs are inclusive and they present a clear gender perspective we can apply the following metrics when evaluate them:
