It is nice that this gadget makes it possible to write Esperanto texts in the X-code also in multilingual wikis, not only on Esperanto wikis. However, it would be nice if there wasn't only an option to opt-in to this way of editing in multilingual wikis, but also an option to opt-out from X-code editing on Esperanto wikis. Currently on the Esperanto Wikipedia everyone can only edit using the X-code. However many Esperantists (including me) have the possibility to directly type the Esperanto letters. For them it is just disrupting that they immediately view the source in X-code when they click on "edit". Many would prefer to see the code with the normal Esperanto letters conserved, and directly type the Esperanto letters. Is it possible to make a gadget that gives users of Esperanto wikis this option? Marcos 15:50, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
