Meta:Requests for CentralNotice adminship/rubin16

I would like to ask for CN adminship to work on banners for Wikimedia RU internal wiki - we often organize various wiki-contests and other events and it would be more convenient to work on them myself (testing various wordings, changing some options), not requesting for banners and minor changes here. I guarantee that my work will be limited to our chapter-wiki only, I am aware of CN guidelines and I hope that I'm trustworthy enough: I am bureaucrat of ru.wiki, sysop at Commons, OTRS member and Wikimedia RU member.
I am aware of Sitenotice and Anonnotice but I think that CN tool is better as it's more customizable: now we get significant traffic to our internal wiki from Google AdWords and we want to utilize it in the best way, so, CentralNotice about the current events would be a good decision for us. rubin16 (talk) 08:54, 13 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment looking at your "curriculum" I'm pretty sure you'll will use it well, but I'm a bit doubtful about the actual need. I'd tend to Support a temporary test adminship then. --Vituzzu (talk) 13:43, 15 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
