Cometstyles

This RFA is waay overdue. Cometstyles has been an active Metapedian since June, and is very active here, having made 693 edits, and 94 deleted ones. He's actively watching recent changes, and tags bad pages/reverts vandalism. Unlike a lot of admins here, he takes part in a lot of Meta affairs such as Proposals for closing projects, Requests for deletion, and general cleanup and copyediting to keep Meta pages at their best. He's an elected simple English Wikipedia admin, and regularly helps out on smaller projects, so he's very familiar with admin tools.
