Hi,
I am working for the German chapter and I need access to Central Notice to be able to manage campaigns and banners during the fundraising campaign. I only need it until the end January 2014.

- Agreed, I was just about to note this too but edit conflicted - I'm more than happy to grant you the central notice adminship right for as long you need it, unless you also need some of the tools of regular adminship? Thehelpfulone 14:14, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
