Meta namespace cleanup

The meta namespace here on meta is now "Meta:" instead of "Wikipedia:" <brain explodes>
Some links may be incorrect.
As per the software defaults, since "Wikipedia:" is no longer a special namespace here it makes an interwiki link to Wikipedia, eg Wikipedia:Hyperlink. This may or may not be desireable.
Not many 'Wikipedia:' pages were used here; a lot of those that were here were either redirects for default links in the interface or internal log & cache pages. Note that some interface strings may now be soft-hard-coded with 'Wikipedia:' where they would have been updated to 'Meta:' except for the new editable-page stuff. These'll have to be manually fixed.
Here's a quick dump of allegedly formerly working links to pages in Wikipedia: namespace here. Where the links are legit, they should be updated to use Meta:
