健康なコミュニティの雰囲気
Providing for Safety and Inclusion involves defining the minimum responsibilities of Communities in regards to maintaining a civil and healthy atmosphere. This includes two aspects: 1. On the online Wikimedia Projects, and 2. In offline, in-person activities. This should also be connected to other safety procedures such as the Universal Code of Conduct.
- Establish a baseline of community responsibilities for safeguarding and maintaining a healthy working atmosphere for both online and offline Wikimedia involvement, along with procedures for reporting and follow-up.
