North American Wikimedians/Hub founding

We envision an agreement of this kind to be signed by several North American user groups, chapters, and affiliated organizations. Once enough sign, perhaps 8, we can "launch" the hub, and propose activities saying they are "sponsored by" or "on behalf of" the North American Wikimedians, or the North American Hub. As of Feb 2025, we have a likely list of members.

We plan to have minimal governance for now because we believe the relevant groups are highly aligned and will support one another in taking action to further the Wikimedia free-knowledge mission. We can expand or elaborate on the specifics of Hub governance in the future.
