This is a proposal for closing and/or deleting a wiki hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation. It is subject to the current closing projects policy.

The proposal is rejected and the project will be kept open.

A Language Committee member provided the following comment:

@Liuxinyu970226: If you look at the editor's history, you'll see that the editor has an issue with a sysop on this wiki. So that's why the request was submitted. But that's not a valid reason, so will close. (If this had been discovered in a more timely fashion, I'd have just quick-deleted. But at this point I probably have to formally close it.)
