Requests for comment/AnToni and his administratorship abuse on Bosnian Wikipedia

The following request for comments is closed. Closing as invalid – the proposer does not meet the requirements for initiating an RFC. As to the merits of the request (speaking as a bs.wiki and bs.wikiquote admin): The IP in question has never been blocked by AnToni (see log), and the only IP from this range (77.77.217.0/24) that was blocked was 77.77.217.208 for a total of 3 days (see log). The long-term abuse on Wikiquote by IPs, not by AnToni, was resolved by Ajraddatz and other Meta-Wiki folks in March. – Srđan (talk) 11:14, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I am experiencing long-term abuse from one of the bureaucrats from Bosnian Wikipedia, AnToni. Even though my changes are good-faith and helpful, he just blocks me without any talk or explanation. I can provide links where his behavior is considered unacceptable on other normal Wikipedia versions. Also take a look at his behavior on BS Wikiquote where he deletes content, and still does not get any ban from anyone from this whole site. --77.77.217.27 19:31, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This sounds like a single-wiki incident. Have you tried communicating with them on a neutral site (like Meta)? --SHB2000 (talk | contribs) 07:53, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
But apparently, AnToni does not speak or understand English. I've tried reporting a similar incident to SRM, but another user replied about a proposal of deleting bswikiquote. Codename Noreste 🤔 talk 00:33, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The same kind of behavior of abusing administrator's tools and prerogatives is happening on Serbo-Croatian and Serbian language projects. I came here after encountering similar problems on sh.wikipedia just today to see what could be done, if anything, about it, and I am not surprised to see that AnToni is subject of grievance and a report like this one at all. The history of west Balkans projects is one of both content and adminship abuse since Wikiemedia inception, and Croatian Wikipedia now lives in infamy not only for what was happening there for years but also as being one of the most disgraceful instances of global community indolence and Wikimedia general stance to ignore it. Today, Croatian Wikipedia has finally became a project for the respect, but it needed so many years for cries of the affected community of editors there and their message to get noticed and then problems corrected. At the time when GregorB motioned his last global RfC on the problem of Croatian Wikipedia, there was a sort of promise on Meta on the part of stewardship, oversight and check user's to keep these Balkans wiki's monitored and kept them in check, and to be more concrete and proactive. Hopefully this will be the case, because Bosnian, Serbian and Serbo-Croatian projects are suffering from similar ailments. s a n t a | t a l k | p i t 23:49, 1 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
