	This language has been verified as eligible. The language is eligible for a project, which means that the subdomain can be created once there is an active community and a localized interface, as described in the language proposal policy. Settings
Project name		"Wiktionary" in your language
Project namespace		usually the same as the project name
Project talk namespace		"Wiktionary talk" (the discussion namespace of the project namespace)
Enable uploads	no	Default is "no". Preferably, files should be uploaded to Commons. If you want, you can enable local file uploading, either by any user ("yes") or by administrators only ("admin"). Notes: (1) This setting can be changed afterwards. The setting can only be "yes" or "admin" at approval if the test creates an Exemption Doctrine Policy (EDP) first. (2) Files on Commons can be used on all Wikis. (3) Uploading fair-use images is not allowed on Commons (more info). (4) Localisation to your language may be insufficient on Commons.
Optional settings
Project logo		This needs to be an SVG image (instructions for logo creation).
Default project timezone	Europe/Amsterdam	"Continent/City", e.g. "Europe/Brussels" or "America/Mexico City" (see list of valid timezones)
Additional namespaces		For example, a Wikisource would need "Page", "Page talk", "Index", "Index talk", "Author", "Author talk".
Additional settings		Anything else that should be set
Once settings are finalized, a committee member will submit a Phabricator task requesting creation of the wiki. (This will include everything automatically, except the additional namespaces/settings.) After the task is created, it should be linked to in a comment under "final decision" above.

Arguments in favour

The Zealandic Wikipedia has existed for a year with moderate success. From my experience as the chief editor and only bureaucrat of this wiki, I feel a Wiktionary in Zealandic will be very useful in handling the differences between the dialects and maybe in assisting less fluent contributors. unsigned by user:Steinbach

As follower of the Holy Bible, I am favorable at the creation of the Wiktionary in Zealandic. I know that need of by minus 100 entries to create this Wiktionary, but I already created entries with books of the Bible in Zealandic in Wikimedia Incubator. I wait that has more somebody evangelical beyond me what follow the Bible to vote in favour of this Wiktionary.

Arguments against

Oppose The difference between that and standard Dutch is very small, I think it would be a waste of time and I highly doubt it would catch too many peoples interests. (Red4tribe 04:45, 21 April 2008 (UTC))[reply]

I don't agree with red4 tribe. Zealandic is an official language and it differs very much from dutch. The language is even older than the standard dutch.Cumulus 12:27, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

To be sure: all these arguments against are utterly irrelevant. Zealandic is accepted as a language by Wikimedia, it has its own Wikipedia and is perfectly eligible for its own Wiktionary. Currently 38.06% of the MediaWiki messages and 2.03% of the messages of the extensions used by the Wikimedia Foundation projects have been localised. Localisation of these messages is a requirement before your request is finally assessed. This is the recent localisation activity for your language.
