Tajik Wikimedians User Group/Online meeting (February 2024)

The meeting was about the participation of Tajik Wikimedians UG in Wikimedia CEE Spring 2024. Everyone in the group was invited to join, talk, and share their ideas about what we should do in the future.

Results

The online meeting aimed to discuss participation in CEE Spring 2024 and strategize article suggestions for the event. By participating in CEE Spring 2024, the Tajik Wikimedians User Group aims to contribute to the cultural exchange and enrichment of Wikipedia content.

Organizer Selection: user:VASHGIRD was chosen as the organizer due to his experience and commitment to effectively managing the group's participation.

Article Categories: A total of 50 articles across 5 categories were proposed for submission: History, Geography, Culture, Women, and Sport. The chosen categories represent diverse aspects of Tajik culture, history, and society.

Language Selection: It was decided to suggest articles with English and Russian interwikis. This decision enhanced accessibility for participants from various linguistic backgrounds, enabling smoother translation and collaboration.

Members will collaborate to compile a list of relevant articles within each category.
