editWhy are you gonna resign from the boards of Wikimedia New York City and the Wiki Education Foundation and you're not gonna resign on your position as Wikimedian in Residence at the Metropolitan Museum of Art? Isn't there a conflict of interest between being a paid editor on behalf of an institution and being a board member?--SylvestreJordan (talk) 18:48, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
- Those resignation are required by Bylaws#Section_3._Selection. under (D), and positions like Wikimedian in Residence and institutions like MetMoA aren't mentioned in the bylaws. Ad Huikeshoven (talk) 13:01, 3 May 2019 (UTC)
