Dubious and incomprehensible

maybe should be:

Administrators or others with access to the blocking and unblocking interface

may still block and unblock others while blocked, but cannot unblock themselves.

I have moved some of the text around to align blocked users and administrative function. I will see if anyone else plays with it, and once stable I will push it through to translation.  — billinghurst sDrewth 01:46, 21 April 2021 (UTC)

Change "Administrators or others with access to the blocking and unblocking interface may not block nor unblock others (except themselves) while blocked." to "Administrators or others with access to the blocking and unblocking interface may not block nor unblock others (except the blocker) while blocked.".
