Tutorial text

I am not sure if this is the right place, but I am looking for the tutorial text, if I can place that on my website for my users to know how to use our webservice? other the retyping the whole thing? Is there such a thing or am i not looking in the right place, my mail is mail@english2day.com thank you so much

UTF-8?

I'm looking for information about which projects are using UTF-8 for the enhancement of wik2dict. I thought that this would be the right place to find this information, but apparently it isn't... Who knows more about the conversion to UTF-8? And which projects have been converted already? Guaka 17:51, 5 Aug 2004 (UTC)
