Proposed additions
Semantic-MediaWiki.org
Semantic-MediaWiki.org is the official homepage of Semantic MediaWiki - free extension of MediaWiki that helps to search, organise, tag, browse, evaluate, and share the wiki's content.
semantic-mediawiki.org
I propose "smw" prefix.- Standard MediaWiki URL format - http://www.semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/$1

- Hmm, I'm a bit hesitant here. mw: is the prefix for MediaWiki.org. smw: is pretty close for something that isn't directly related to the Wikimedia Foundation / MediaWiki. semantic: might be a better choice. Thoughts? --MZMcBride 14:48, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
- "SMW" is long-established acronym for this extension. But I realized that there is another important reason against the use of its: "smw" is ISO 693-3 code for Sumbawa language!
- In my opinion, it should be generally stated as a global interwiki coding constraint:
- one-, two-and three-letter codes must be reserved for internal purposes
- one-letter codes used for Wikimedia "educational" projects (current and future)
- for "Wikimedia-internal" using only, not for mw distributive (where used "full" interwiki as "Wikipedia:" etc.)
- other (non-Wikimedia) projects may use such codes for their own internal purposes
- two- and three-letter codes used as ISO 693 language codes for standardized marking language sections of various projects
- one-letter codes used for Wikimedia "educational" projects (current and future)
- for other purposes used only four-character codes and longer
- one-, two-and three-letter codes must be reserved for internal purposes
- If we follow this principle, the only one exception is just "mw" interwiki prefix (fortunately, it is not used for any language). --Kaganer 22:33, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

- According to the above, I propose "semantic-mw" prefix for semantic-mediawiki.org project. --Kaganer 22:33, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
- Hmm? Nobody interested? --Kaganer 00:25, 29 April 2010 (UTC)
