- Is this really a good idea? They're not even sure the wiki will survive. Nemo 20:33, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
- Feel free to remove if you disagree. I granted Krinkle's request as he's a MW dev and probably they needed it. Regards. —Marco Aurelio (Nihil Prius Fide) 21:21, 9 March 2012 (UTC)

Some French dictionaries
As there are interwiki links for DRAE and Merriam-Webster (and some other dictionaries), would it be possible to have such links for the most used external links of French Wiktionary:
- tlfi: for http://www.cnrtl.fr/definition/$1
- daf8: for http://www.cnrtl.fr/definition/academie8/$1
- littré: for http://artflx.uchicago.edu/cgi-bin/dicos/pubdico1look.pl?strippedhw=$1&dicoid=LITTRE1872
And may be some more, like
- daf9: for http://www.cnrtl.fr/definition/academie9/$1 (the current edition of the Dictionnaire de l'Académie française)
Thanks . --ArséniureDeGallium (talk) 19:00, 9 March 2012 (UTC) (sysop on French Wiktionary)
- Note: rules got stricter, now we don't add anything but wikis usually. Some more notes about the amount of links and usefulness of such interwiki would be of use. Nemo 20:34, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
- To my opinion this is a good thing (most of these prefixes should be deleted imo).
- About your question, I was wondering, but wikt:fr:Spécial:Recherche_de_lien doesn't give the answer :(
- What I can do is just give a rough personal estimation, from my 7 years on Wiktionary:
- daf8: (Dictionnaire de l'Académie française, #8 edition) : around 80000 links
- tlfi: (Trésor de la langue française informatisé) : far less, may be 10000.

- Hello. I'm not really sure that's a good idea to add these ones in the interwiki map, for the reasons quoted by Nemo above. Moreover, I don't know why we should link to cnrtl.fr instead of an other site, there are just 70 links to this website in the French Wiktionary yet, and most of the pages including it are out of the main namespace.
