editI'd like to avoid this for the data model part at least, and here possible, in the UI parts as well. This way the code can be used loose from MediaWiki, which is obviously not the only platform we want to support --Jeroen De Dauw (talk) 23:58, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- This is a very good point, you are right. It has to be determined how flexible the resource loader stuff is. It would be great if you could just request the JS modules from the repo via some script you use externally or via the API and it would still work there to interact with the repo from an external site. --Danwe (WMDE) (talk) 00:22, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
