Proposal for a new navbox

I have a proposal for a new navbox, which I would like to post publicly. I would like to move ahead and make this navbox within the near future, but firstly I would like to invite some community feedback. There is a proposal for a new navbox, to provide links to active proposals, community groups, and major processes, which has been posted publicly. it is hoped to move ahead and make this navbox official within the near future, but firstly  community feedback has been invited.
