HTML5
Does anyone mind if I convert this to HTML5? It will shave off a few bytes from this page. —mc10 (t/c) 02:46, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- It is my understanding that HTML5 is still under development, and that the target date for resolving interoperability issues is 2014. While I am not aware of any of the particulars, I would be leery of changes to this page that might not be supported by all browsers that are currently used by any significant number of users. ~ Ningauble 16:58, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- Actually, HTML5 was meant to be backwards compatible, so pretty much all browsers (even the old ones, like IE 6) are able to render HTML5 pages (albeit as HTML 4 or something). —mc10 (t/c) 16:33, 12 June 2011 (UTC)
