Is there a generally accepted norm about your language (spelling, dictionary, pronunciation)?

- The Rusyn language is pluricentric, with different norms by country. Varying Rusyn standards exist in Poland, Serbia, and Slovakia. Out of these, only the Slovak standard is represented on Wikipedia. Editors from Ukraine, where there is no standard Rusyn variety, have varying conventions. How do you deal with different spellings, dialects etc. (like B.E. lift and A.E. elevator)?
