Usage
edit{{holding}}
{{holding|Suspended.}} (adds bolded comment)
{{holding|Suspended|acted=yes}} (hides "and should not be acted upon yet").
{{holding|text=blah blah}} (Blah blah being the discussion which took place)
The template will automatically detect if the discussion is archived to a standard archive.
