Ph:CheckUser and redirects add an edit link for Template:H:f Help as shown above for
help pages without specific content relevant only on Meta. Maybe edit the redirect to add such specific
content to a help page, e.g. use it to add a {{cleanup}} tag. Please edit only the redirect, not
Ph:CheckUser unless you know what you're doing.
