Template:Project Grant report

Purpose

This template is used by grantees and WMF staff to document the current status of reports for grants through the WMF Grants Program. This template, if used properly, will place grant reports in the correct categories used to track them and display them on Grants:Project/Browse_reports.

This template contains the following 15 subtemplates, which may be selected by defining the "Type" and "Status" fields:

Grant reports may be marked incomplete if information requested on the grant report form, required by the grant agreement, or requested by Wikimedia Foundation staff is not provided in a timely and complete manner. If a grantee is unresponsive or uncooperative for more than 21 days, reports will automatically be marked Incomplete. Grantees who have an incomplete report will not be eligible for additional grant funds until the report is accepted by the Wikimedia Foundation.
