comment	`comment`	Conclusions of the RfC	String	optional
date	`date`	Creation date. Don't change once added.	Date	required
rfctype	`rfctype`	type of rfc. If limited to a specific Wikipedia/project use "project". If it concerns a user in more than one project, use "aglobaluser". Other types not yet defined. Suggested values `project` `aglobaluser`	Unknown	optional
