One of the most important steps is to update en:WP:TWL/Journals and The_Wikipedia_Library/Journals to include all of the newest partnerships. Similarly, the navigational templates en:WP:TWL/Header, and en:Template:TWLJ on both English and Meta should be updated to reflect the changing status of those new partnerships.
