Toolserver/Stable server/Candidates
Candidate projects
editAdd candidate projects and their maintainers for the stable server here.
- Do not add other people's projects, or list other people as maintainers without asking them. Don't add yourself as a maintainer without checking with the tool's author.
- You can list people without toolserver accounts.
Candidates with at least two maintainers
edit- CommonsDelinker. Maintainers: Bryan, User:Siebrand, valhallasw
- http://tools.wikimedia.org/~bryan/poty/vote - Python - Maintainers: Bryan, User:Pfctdayelise
- The voting software for the Commons:Picture of the Year/2007 which will take place at the end of the year. The software will only be active for about a month, but during that month it will attract a lot of visitors from all Wikimedia projects. (I don't know whether this project would qualify for the stable server)
- Tool is stable and documented. Source
- Adminstats - an analizer of sysop activity on wiki. Maintainers: VasilievVV, Kalan
- GeoHack, PHP, maintained by Magnus Manske; de:Benutzer:Kolossos volunteered as second maintainer; en:User:Dispenser volunteered as third maintainer.
- The map sources rendering thingy. Goes down when one on my other tools misfires and a toolserver root decides to take out all of them.
- Daily image. Python script that once a day scrapes info from a Commons image and sends it to a mailing list. Maintainers: User:Bryan, User:Pfctdayelise
Candidates with only one maintainer
edit- commons:User:Flickr upload bot / http://tools.wikimedia.org/~bryan/flickr - Python - Maintainers: Bryan
- Tool to upload freely licensed images from Flickr to Commons.
- The tool itself is quite stable. It was designed to be easily maintainable, but that appeared to be not the case. It will need some refactoring and documentation to allow easy maintenance.
- CatFood, PHP, maintained by Magnus Manske
- A category-based RSS feed for Wikimedia Commons.
