Timeline

This was proposed by Sansculotte in August. It should be implemented in time to use momentum from the image-tagging sprees on de: (CD), fr: (DVD), and en: (DVD) for our distribution partners. Tentative timeline: final German version frozen by Sept 10; translations done by Sept 13.
