| Introductory statement / Application summary (maximum 200 words): Why are you running for the Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee? What would you contribute?

I want us to have information available to the whole world and in as many languages as possible, which they can freely explore and browse. I am involved in this project precisely because free knowledge is the basis of civilization and learning. I will do my best so that the community can do as well as possible and everyone who would have a desire to participate in the development of the community would have the opportunity to participate according to their abilities.

|
In my life, I always try to find ways and solutions to make people's thoughts and opinions heard. There is no single solution, but situations usually have to be faced individually, taking into account the special needs of all parties.

| Sometimes in professional situations, there are personality conflicts. Explain how you remain productive even with personality conflicts.

In my civilian life, I work with difficult decisions and people so resolving conflicts and finding compromises is characteristic of me.

| In your opinion, how can the U4C be a positive influence in the Wikimedia movement?
|
In my opinion, U4C would function as a very specific kind of watchdog of power whose main task would be to maintain a functioning and changing code set of how it would be desirable to behave on platforms and how it would be desirable to implement decision-making. Too much interference in what individual users do would not be desirable, but some control would be desirable for the common good.

I want to be able to help with the joint data bank and related sub-organizations as much as possible.
