Hello Everyone, I'm Volstand. I'm a contributor in Wikimedia project since 2019, i join Wikimedia as part of Wikimedia Indonesia program called WikiLatih. Wikilatih is a program that aims to produce contributor in Wikimedia and after i join Wikimedia, i also helped them to create Wikilatih in my Local area to produce more contributor in Banjar based Wikimedia project. The reason i run for this, is because i want to continue to contributing for future of Wikimedia not just in the local but also global. Creating sustainable place for all contributor is one of the reason why we create UCoC for me.

I'm one of the founder of Komunitas Wikimedia Banjar that estabilished in 2020. In Wikimedia project, i've been contribute in Wikipedia, Wikidata, Wikisource, and Wiktionary. Me and my friend also create collaborative project in Lingua Libre and Wikidata Lexemes to preserve bahasa Banjar.

Usually, we have an online meet every once a month and in this chance we discus some topic that important to use like what we want to do in this month or next month.

| Can you describe a policy, on wiki or off, that you helped to create or change? What did you learn from this experience?

After we have done Wikilatih in our local area we usually talk to each other for opinion of what we can do to make better program.

| How have you been able to empower people to make their voices heard?
|
In some occasion i like create some small talk with another people. Talking to the person who want to listen to you is the best motivation you can have.

| Sometimes in professional situations, there are personality conflicts. Explain how you remain productive even with personality conflicts.

When i have some conflict in my work, i always choose to calm down myself. I just don't wanna make a mess in my head.

| In your opinion, how can the U4C be a positive influence in the Wikimedia movement?

U4C can be a standart of how a Wikimedian should do or don't and U4C also responsible in how Wikimedia ecosystem work then.

I hope i can help UCoC more suitable for every Wikimedian in the World.
