Dear Wikimedia community member:

Program Capacity and Learning (PC&L) is an integrated team in the Community Engagement department at the Wikimedia Foundation. This team combines staff from The Wikipedia Library, the Wikipedia Education Program, and Learning and Evaluation teams.

Over the last few months, we (PC&L) have begun to frame the scope of work, in order to prepare the working document below. We prepared this document with feedback from non-WMF community members as well as WMF staff. Please take a moment to review this page. Your input will guide us in our scope of work and will help us decide what is the most important work we should do. We are ready to listen to your ideas about how to improve the proposed projects, listed at the bottom.

We are asking for feedback until 18 February 2015. After this date, we will work to synthesize your feedback. Since we are just starting as a team, your feedback will inform the work of this team for 2016-2017 year. A big thank you for your support and feedback.
