Product environment audit

We need to create a picture of the Product teams environment in order to understand how best to create and deliver software that will serve their needs. We need to catalog for each team:

1. Their development environment
2. Their test environment
3. How new software or software changes are deployed
4. External libraries that they currently use, and how they include them
5. Whether they load or make requests at runtime (besides ResourceLoader)
