Store contact

Is anyone aware that the Wikipedia Store's email address is invalid? At the bottom of the store's front page https://store.wikimedia.org is a "Links" section. Fourth entry down is "Contact Us". Two email addresses are listed: one for the fulfillment center (an outside firm), and the store's Wikimedia email address (merchandise@wikimedia.com). Google returns Delivery Status Notification (Failure) for the "Wikimedia.com" address.

Suspicious that it is listed as a .com rather than .org, I resent a message by replacing com → org. I dunno if the message has been received, but it hasn't bounced back yet (a good sign). Someone familiar with the store's website should check into the addresses on their "Contact Us" page. — CJDOS, Sheridan, OR, USA (talk) 20:26, 11 September 2021 (UTC)

Update: I forwarded my email to .org instead of the .com shown on the store's website. I have received a reply from a store associate this morning. While the associate did not acknowledge the invalid email address, her reply suggests she read my message in its entirety, so I believe she also read the Google Delivery Status.
