Hello. I'm reaching out to you as you participated in the 2017 Community Wishlist proposal for "Who Wrote That" project (previously known as "Blame Tool"). The Community Tech team is kicking things off on the project and we have an early-stage mockup available for you to look at. Request reason: Sorry for disturbing, but I was quite confused and really need an answer for this. I have no idea why I'm blocked from editing even though I had logged in (As from what I understand from policy is that if I already logged in, the ip range block wont have effect on me right?(<-urmm well not quite sure if this is correct or not)). Anyway, I'm hoping for unblock and explanation. (p/s: I have never experienced this and dont know what should I do now). Thank You. Btw the block ID is #142042. Decline reason: caught in a temporary IP block that is now expired, likely using a proxy of some sort.
