Notes
  • The aim of the program committee has been to increase participation and reduce rejection of any bonafide submissions
  • A secondary aim is to enhance cross-language learning and experience-sharing
  • Please note that accepted proposals may be modified for time and format or included in broader discussions to achieve the first aim. Titles may also be shortened.
  • Panels are discussions whose scope will be defined and moderated by their chairs. Multiple selected proposals on overlapping themes are included in a panel. Anyone whose proposal has been rejected can attend a suitable panel and seek time from the panel chair to be heard. The panel chair's decision on time allocation will be final. Panel discussions will have to allocate time across key panelists within the total available time.
  • If your proposal has been merged into a panel, please edit your presentation to a minimum and be prepared to cut down on any content that has already been covered by presenters before you.
  • If you are a presenter - make sure you go through the guidelines.
